About Leah

My Story

I’ve always believed that healing doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes it begins with simply taking a deep breath… slowing down… and listening.

I’m Leah, and for as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to healing.

These days, I balance a corporate career as a Legal and Executive Assistant with the work that fills my heart—facilitating sound baths and holding space for people to slow down, reconnect, and simply be. I genuinely love the balance. It allows me to honour both the practical and the deeply intuitive parts of who I am.

Although I’ve always felt called to the healing world, life naturally led me down a different path for many years. That quiet pull never disappeared.

As someone who encourages others to trust themselves, follow their intuition, and pursue the life they’re truly meant for, there came a moment when I realized I needed to do the same. That’s when I began my sound healing journey.

I’m endlessly curious when it comes to healing. I’m the person who’s always reading about, learning, and experiencing different healing modalities. From meditation and breathwork to EFT, energy work, and everything in between, I love exploring what helps us feel more like ourselves.

But sound has always been different.

It’s always been a part of my life. I’m someone who almost always has music playing in the background. Whether it’s my favourite songs, healing frequencies, binaural beats, or the soothing tones of singing bowls, I can actually feel the shift sound creates within me. It calms my nervous system, quiets my mind, and brings me back to myself in a way nothing else quite can.

That feeling is what I hope to share with every person who joins me for a sound bath.

My intention is simple: to create a space where you can step away from the noise of everyday life, allow your body to deeply rest, and reconnect with yourself. My hope is that you leave feeling lighter, calmer, and with a renewed sense of peace.

Whether this is your first sound bath or your fiftieth, I’m so grateful you’re here. I can’t wait to welcome you.

Thank you Leah for such abeautiful New Year's experience! From the moment I was welcomed into her space I felt alayer of tension lift. The space felt inviting and safe. Leah has a very calming and warm presence and guided us beautifully through the meditation. I felt the vibrations of the soundbath throughout my body and could literally feel myself releasing tension. I left feeling grounded, clear, and overall restored. Pure magic for the nervous system.
